Pilgrimage to Fátima 2026 – 4 days

Join us on a journey to Fátima, one of the most cherished Marian pilgrimage destinations in the world. Nestled in the heart of Portugal, this sacred place continues to inspire millions through the message of peace, penance, and hope given by the Virgin Mary to three shepherd children in 1917. Our thoughtfully guided pilgrimage offers time for worship, personal reflection, and a deeper connection to the stories and sanctity of this holy site. We’ll celebrate Mass together, walk the sacred paths of Aljustrel and Valinhos, and visit powerful devotional landmarks including the Chapel of the Apparitions and the Sanctuary of Fátima. Alongside these sacred experiences, we explore museums that bring the message of Fátima and the life of Christ vividly to life. With time for fellowship, prayer, and peaceful contemplation, this pilgrimage invites us to step away from the busyness of life, and encounter the stillness of God’s presence in a place where heaven once touched the earth.

Let us travel together with open hearts, seeking renewal, guidance and grace on this unforgettable spiritual journey

Itinerary

  1. Arrive in Lisbon, drive to Fátima

We meet our tour leader and fellow pilgrims at a London airport before boarding our flight to Lisbon. On arrival in Portugal, we are met by our local representative and transferred by private air-conditioned coach to the sacred town of Fátima, one of the most important Marian pilgrimage sites in the world. After checking into our hotel, we gather for a welcome dinner, an opportunity to meet one another, reflect on the journey ahead and prepare our hearts for pilgrimage.

  2. In Fátima

After breakfast, and Mass in the hotel, we walk together to the Shrine of Fátima for a guided tour. We’ll explore the Chapel of the Apparitions, built on the site where the Virgin Mary first appeared to the shepherd children in 1917. Here, we take time for quiet reflection and prayer. In the afternoon, we journey to Aljustrel, the nearby village where the three visionary children lived. We visit the modest homes of Francisco, Jacinta and Lúcia, stepping back in time to better understand their humble beginnings and the deep faith that defined their lives. We return to Fátima for dinner in a local restaurant.

  3. In Fátima; Wax Museum and Life of Christ Museum

After breakfast, we gather at the Sanctuary of Fátima to celebrate Mass, giving thanks for the blessings of our pilgrimage so far and holding in prayer all those dear to us. The experience of worship in this sacred setting - where millions have come in faith - offers a profound moment of unity, reflection and peace. Later in the morning, there is free time for personal prayer, the lighting of candles or quiet contemplation in the sanctuary grounds. You may wish to return to the Chapel of the Apparitions, walk the Via Sacra (Way of the Cross) through the olive groves or visit the Berlin Wall memorial, a striking symbol of peace and reconciliation.

In the afternoon, we visit the Wax Museum of Fátima, where the story of the Marian apparitions is brought vividly to life through powerful life-size
scenes. The museum traces the events of 1917 and the message of Our Lady through carefully crafted tableaux, helping us connect more deeply with the experiences of the shepherd children and the spiritual impact of their visions. Then we visit the nearby Life of Christ Museum, which explores the key moments of Jesus’ earthly ministry through beautiful representations and scripture-based storytelling. In the evening, we gather once more at the hotel for a farewell dinner – a chance to reflect on our shared journey, offer gratitude for the time we’ve spent together in prayer and fellowship, and say goodbye to Fátima with hearts full of peace and renewed faith.

  4. Travel back to London

Today we check-out of our hotel and transfer to Lisbon for our flight home.
