MET and Dadhuwa school – a 27 year partnership

Most of our MET grants are given to  projects we support in the Bible lands, but since MET was founded, we have supported a school in Nepal and one in India. Our contribution has made a huge difference.

Pralhad Karki (with red scarf) is Senior Teacher of Dadhuwa school and our long standing representative in this village, high in the foothills of the Himalayas in Nepal.

Pralhad writes: “The regular financial support and encouragement received from MET has  been invaluable. We now have a  well-organised and renovated school with a hostel, science lab, Montessori section and computer lab.

We are grateful for your regular financial support. This week we had a special assembly  attended by the Management Committee, teachers and village elders when we distributed school bags, track suits, shoes and socks to all 140 pupils. Thank you for the annual grant that makes this possible at the beginning of each school year.

I will always be thankful to MET for making the dream of Dadhuwa school a reality.”
