McCabe Pilgrimages

It was in 1983 that Alistair McCabe saw that the best Holy Land pilgrimage required a tour operator which combined professional expertise with a basic sympathy for the needs of the Church. A sympathy which embraces both the Church in the UK and the Church in the Holy Land.

McCabe Pilgrimages was founded to offer this combination of skills to British churches. The vision was to provide an excellent Holy Land experience for the pilgrim, while freeing up tour leaders to concentrate on the pastoral and spiritual needs of their groups. Read more

Music Therapy in Bethlehem is a new and innovative programme being funded jointly by the McCabe Educational Trust and the Diocese of Rochester. The key players are Claire Tillotson a music therapist from Bromley, a Palestinian social worker from Bethlehem, and Canon Paul Miller a vicar in the diocese. We are enormously grateful to Bishop Michael Nazir Ali for choosing this project for his Christmas appeal. £18,500 has now been raised towards our project target of £30,000. Read More
